We monitor all incoming flights in real-time using flight tracking systems. If your flight is delayed, our team automatically adjusts your service timing — no action needed from your end. There is no additional charge for flight delays. Your greeter will be at the gate when you actually arrive, regardless of the delay duration.

Do you operate 24/7?

Yes, Bali Airport VIP operates around the clock, 365 days a year. We service all flights regardless of arrival or departure time, including red-eye flights, early morning departures, and late-night arrivals. Overnight flights may have slightly different lounge availability, but fast track, meet & greet, and transfer services are always available.

Which terminal do you operate in?

We operate in both the International Terminal and Domestic Terminal at Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS). Most of our clients use the International Terminal, but all services are equally available for domestic arrivals and departures. What amenities are in the VIP Lounge?

Our VIP Lounge offers comfortable seating with charging stations, complimentary food and beverages (including hot meals, snacks, and premium drinks), high-speed Wi-Fi, shower facilities, prayer room access, and a quiet working area.
