Option 2: Ride-Hailing Apps (Grab/Gojek)

How it works: Order a Grab or Gojek via the app. IMPORTANT: ride-hailing pickup at Bali Airport is restricted to a designated area OUTSIDE the terminal complex. After exiting customs, you must walk approximately 300-500 metres to the designated ride-hailing pickup zone. This walk is outdoors and can be uncomfortable during rain or extreme heat, particularly with heavy luggage.
