How to Book Your Package

Booking is available through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Simply select your package, provide your flight details (airline, flight number, date, and arrival time), the number of travelers, your hotel destination, and any special requirements. We confirm bookings within 2 hours and send you a detailed itinerary with your greeter’s name and contact number 24 hours before your flight arrives.

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely. While our standard packages cover the most common needs, we regularly create custom packages. Want fast track and transfer but no lounge? Need lounge access with a luxury vehicle but no fast track? Just tell us what you need and we’ll create a tailored quote within hours.

Do children pay the same package price?

Children under 2 are free on all packages. Children aged 2-11 receive a 25% discount on the Essential and Premium packages. The Platinum Package offers a 15% child discount. Our Family VIP Service page has more details on family-specific pricing and services.

What is the cancellation policy for packages?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your flight arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. We understand travel plans change, so we offer free rescheduling for date changes up to 12 hours before arrival.

Are packages available for both arrival and departure?

Yes, all packages have arrival and departure versions. Book both and receive an additional 10% discount on the departure package. Departure packages include hotel pickup at your scheduled time and all services in reverse order.

Can I upgrade my package after booking?

Yes, upgrades are available subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp anytime before your flight to upgrade. The price difference between packages is charged, and any current promotions apply to the upgraded tier.
